Same day deliveries available for orders till 12pm Tuesday - Friday
Saturday deliveries available for orders till 11am Saturday
Orders placed prior to 12pm will be delivered before 7pm same day for residential
Businesses before 5pm
Schools before 3pm
Orders placed after 11am and 12pm will be made for next day, please select specific date if required
Pickup available all day Tuesday - Friday and Saturday cut off 10am
Authority to leave flowers is given when an order is placed online, flowers and gifts will be left in a safe place out of weather where applicable. If no safe spot, we will either ring the recipient, customer or take items back to the store to arrange redelivery or pickup. Any special requests please call the store to arrange.
Flowers will not be left if weather forecast is 34*c or higher, pickups are highly recommended on these occasions.
We ask for recipient's full name, phone number, and address to ensure completion of delivery

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Special requests can be made at checkout, we will strive to achieve requests to our best abilities. Unfortunately timed jobs may not be accepted.
Orders can be modified or cancelled prior to 11am same day, after specified time we cannot guarantee changes due to delivery schedules and flower processing.
